Rougié was founded as a gourmet shop in 1875 by Léonce Rougié in Cahors. The expanding business later moved to Sarlat. Today Rougié is the world’s leading producer of foie gras and moulard duck specialties. Because of USDA requirements, all Rougié products for the U.S. market are produced by its subsidiary Palmex, in Canada.
Made with duck foie gras and truffle, this mousse provides an elegant yet economical alternative to pure foie gras. Serve chilled!
