SAINT Pure Salmon is hand-crafted in the new ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited facility in Miami using fresh (never frozen) Atlantic salmon. Hand-cure with only sea salt & brown sugar and gently smoke using locally sourced, re-claimed orange & grapefruit woods from Florida citrus growers. The use of these citrus woods characterizes the salmon with a light fruit wood smoke flavor. Boca doesn't have enough fun activities or unique finds. It's amazing to encounter both in one hidden gem. Every wine there is top notch, available at every budget.
